Subprocessor and Integration Register

This public notice describes service-provider categories and external integrations. Customers receive the named subprocessor register separately before authorizing processing under the Data Processing Agreement. Contact [email protected] for the details applicable to your service.
Service suppliers
Hosting and storage providers process the information needed to operate the service, store submitted content and maintain recovery copies. Storage providers also hold the anonymized kill feed archive. Primary service hosting is in the United States. Provider identities, applicable processing locations and contractual safeguards are available from [email protected] and are supplied to Customers before they authorize processor-held data to be processed.
Billing: Stripe, through the applicable entity identified in the Stripe account agreement. Stripe processes payment and transaction information to handle purchases, subscriptions, refunds and disputes, as applicable. It may act as processor or independent controller depending on the purpose. Its privacy policy describes international processing, including the United States and India. Privacy correspondence: Proton Mail, operated by Proton AG in Switzerland, processes mailbox information, correspondence and attachments sent to [email protected]. Proton identifies Mail server locations in Switzerland, Germany and Norway in its policy. Its own policies govern its role and service processing: https://proton.me/legal/privacy and https://proton.me/mail/privacy-policy. The U.S. location of War Guardian service hosting does not apply to this separate email provider.
Enabled integrations
Discord supports authentication, membership checks and configured community feeds. Valve Steam supplies player profile information and supports player authentication and permitted public profile, ban and friend-list lookups. Steam access follows the applicable Steam Web API Terms of Use and Valve's Privacy Policy. Steam profile information is excluded from the anonymized kill feed cold-storage archive. These providers may act as independent controllers for parts of their own services.
Optional AI analysis providers receive only the review information needed for a requested summary, subject to the Privacy Policy's ban on external provider training. Contact [email protected] for the provider, retention, processing locations and terms applicable to an enabled integration. The restriction applies to all authorized integrations.
Updates and questions
For processor-held data, additions and replacements follow the data processing agreement's notice and objection procedure. For independently controlled processing, give appropriate privacy notice and assess any new purpose. Request the current completed register or relevant safeguard information at [email protected].
